SHIPPING:

We currently ship only within the UK and Wales.

Delivery Time: 2-4 business days (may vary depending on location and order volume).

We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

TRUCKING:

You will receive email updates at every stage, from purchase to delivery. Use your tracking number on the courier’s website for real-time updates.

Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for updates.

Tracking updates may take some time to reflect. Please allow 24-48 hours for the system to refresh.

Check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven’t received updates, contact our customer support for assistance.

Shipping times may vary due to courier delays. Please check your tracking status for the latest updates. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us for support.

RETURNS

We truly care about your satisfaction and the quality of every Krevana product.
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order — we will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue.

We accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging and in new condition.

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how to send the parcel back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Personalised & Custom Items

We understand how important personalisation is.
Although custom items are usually non-returnable, we offer a one-time courtesy return per customer as part of our 100% satisfaction commitment.

If a personalised product truly doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us — we’ll review your case and may issue a refund or remake.


Exceptions & Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Unwanted items or orders based on a change of mind.

  • Items that are not in their original packaging or are used/damaged.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

For all non-defective, accepted returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
If your item arrives broken or incorrect, we’ll send you a free return shipping label and cover all costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take your bank or card provider a few extra days to complete the transaction.
