Understanding Our Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING We currently ship within the UK only. Orders are handmade and dispatched within 1–5 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, though this may vary depending on your location. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Need it sooner? At checkout you have the option to upgrade to a faster delivery service. 

TRACKING Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time by logging into your Krevana account, or by visiting our tracking page directly on the website. Tracking updates can take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch — if nothing shows up, please check your spam folder first. 

RETURNS We truly care about your satisfaction and the quality of every Krevana product. If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order — we will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue.

We accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging and in new condition.

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how to send the parcel back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions & Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Unwanted items or orders based on a change of mind.

  • Items that are not in their original packaging or are used/damaged.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

For all non-defective, accepted returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
If your item arrives broken or incorrect, we’ll send you a free return shipping label and cover all costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take your bank or card provider a few extra days to complete the transaction.
